Creating a Warehouse

1. Go to Inventory → Warehouses → Add New
2. Enter warehouse name, address, and contact information
3. Set the warehouse as Active

Multi-Warehouse Stock

When multiple warehouses are active, every product variant has a stock level per warehouse. The storefront shows total available stock (sum of all warehouses).

Warehouse Priority

Set a fulfillment priority for each warehouse. When an order comes in, the system attempts to fulfill from the highest-priority warehouse that has sufficient stock. If not enough stock exists in one warehouse, fulfillment can split across warehouses (configurable).

Stock Transfers

To move stock between warehouses:

1. Go to Inventory → Transfers → New Transfer
2. Select the source warehouse, destination warehouse, and items/quantities
3. Submit the transfer — stock is immediately adjusted in both warehouses
