Subscription Plans

Subscription plans allow customers to pay on a recurring basis — monthly, quarterly, annually, or lifetime (one-time).

Creating Subscription Plans

1. Go to Catalog → Products, open or create a digital/subscription product
2. On the Subscriptions tab, click Add Plan
3. Set the plan name (e.g., "Monthly Pro"), billing cycle, and price
4. Optionally enable a Free Trial (e.g., 14 days free)
5. Set activation limits and feature flags for this plan tier

Tiered Plans

A single product can have multiple plans. For example:

• Individual: $20/month, 1 site
• Business: $50/month, 5 sites
• Agency: $100/month, unlimited sites
• Lifetime: $300 one-time, 3 sites

Trial Options

Control trial behavior in Settings → Digital Products:

• Trial duration (days)
• Whether a payment method is required to start a trial (fraud prevention)
• Optional small authorization charge during trial ($0.01–$1.00, auto-refunded)

Subscription Lifecycle

Trial → Active → Renewal → (Cancelled / Expired). Renewals are processed automatically. Failed payments trigger retry logic and customer notifications.
