Delivery Fleet & Delivery-Boy Portal

Alongside the six integrated Bangladesh couriers, the Delivery module supports running your own delivery fleet — personal delivery boys with their own routes, vehicles, and a dedicated field portal.

Fleet Vehicles & Drivers

Register vehicles and drivers under Delivery → Fleet. Each vehicle has a type and capacity; each driver can be linked to a vehicle and assigned to a delivery zone.

Assigning Personal Deliveries

On a delivery marked type Personal, open its detail page and assign a delivery boy. The delivery moves through the same status lifecycle as a courier shipment (assigned → picked up → in transit → out for delivery → delivered).

Route Optimization

Batch same-zone deliveries into a route at Delivery → Routes → Optimize. The system sorts the batch into an efficient stop order and tracks the route's start and completion as its own lifecycle, independent of the individual deliveries inside it.

The Delivery-Boy Portal

Delivery personnel do not use the main admin panel. They log into a separate, lightweight portal at /delivery-portal showing only their assigned deliveries and today's stats. From there they update status in the field (picked up, out for delivery, delivered, failed) and submit proof of delivery — a photo or an OTP collected from the customer.

Proof of Delivery & Feedback

Generate a delivery OTP for the customer from the delivery detail page, or let the delivery boy upload a photo on completion. After delivery, customers can leave a rating and comment via a link sent automatically — this feeds the delivery-boy performance reports at Delivery → Reports.
