My Downloads & Licenses

After purchasing a digital product, subscription, or software license, customers access their entitlements from My Account → Downloads & Licenses.

Accessing Downloads

• All purchased downloadable files are listed with product name, version, and download button
• Download links are signed and time-limited — a new secure link is generated each time the customer clicks Download
• Download history shows how many times each file has been downloaded
• When a new version is released, the latest version appears automatically in the list

Managing License Keys

• Each licensed software purchase shows the license key and its current status (Active / Suspended / Expired)
• Active domain activations are listed — the customer can see which sites have activated their license
• Deactivate a site — Frees up an activation slot when moving a license to a new domain
• Regenerate key — Requests a new license key (old key is immediately invalidated)

Subscription Licenses

• Shows the current billing cycle and renewal date
• Upgrade or downgrade the plan (e.g., from Individual to Business)
• Cancel subscription — access continues until the end of the paid period

Update Notifications

When a new software version is released, an email notification is sent to all active license holders. The new version appears in the downloads list immediately.
