Cash on Delivery & Store Wallet

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD allows customers to pay in cash when the order is delivered. No API credentials are needed.

Configure COD under Settings → Payment Gateways → Cash on Delivery:

• Enable/disable COD globally or per delivery zone
• Set a COD fee (flat or percentage, optional)
• Restrict COD to orders below a maximum order amount
• Add custom instructions shown to the customer (e.g., "Please have exact change")

Digital-only orders never offer COD or Bank Transfer. Both offline methods are automatically hidden at checkout whenever the cart contains only digital items (downloads, licenses, subscriptions, gift cards) — there is nothing to physically deliver, so an online or wallet payment is required instead.

Store Wallet

The built-in Wallet module allows customers to hold store credit and pay with it at checkout.

• Customers can top up their wallet via any active payment gateway
• Refunds can be issued directly to the wallet
• Wallet balance is shown in the customer's account and displayed at checkout
• Admins can view every wallet, adjust balances, and review flagged transactions from Wallet → All Wallets (see the Wallet Administration page)
