Store Console is one product, priced by what you actually run. Pick a store flavor, then add modules à la carte — the configurator on the public pricing page shows the live total, and that total is exactly what lands in your cart and checkout.

1. Pick a Store Flavor

Every plan starts from one base — the flavor sets which storefront capabilities are included:

• Physical store — from $5/mo — full storefront plus catalog, cart, and checkout
• Digital store — from $9/mo — built for software, downloads, and subscriptions
• Service store — from $7/mo — built for bookings and service delivery
• Combined store — from $20/mo — physical, digital, and service in one storefront, cheaper than buying the three bases separately

Don't need a storefront at all? Turn ecommerce off in the configurator and run a pure back office — pick only the ERP modules you need.

2. Add Ecommerce Modules (Physical Flavor)

POS, Inventory, Delivery, and Procurement are additional storefront-side modules available under the physical flavor. Affiliate is available under any flavor. Whatever you add here, the entire ecommerce side — base flavor plus every ecommerce add-on — never exceeds its cap.

3. Add ERP Modules À La Carte

CRM, HRM, Finance, Payroll, Accounting, Momentum, and Support can each be added individually, on top of any storefront flavor or standalone. The more ERP modules you select, the bigger the bundle discount on the ERP subtotal — and the whole ERP side is capped too, so stacking every ERP module never costs more than the ERP cap.

Caps — the Ceiling on Your Bill

• Ecommerce cap — your storefront flavor plus every ecommerce add-on (POS, Inventory, Delivery, Procurement, Affiliate) is clamped at a fixed monthly ceiling
• ERP cap — all seven ERP modules together are clamped at a separate, lower monthly ceiling
• Total cap — ecommerce plus ERP together, i.e. every module active at once, never exceeds one flat monthly price

Exact current cap amounts are shown live on the pricing page and configurator — they are read from the same catalog record the Pricing engine prices your cart from, so what you see there is always current.

Billing Cycles

• Monthly — billed every 30 days, cancel any time
• Annual — billed as 9 months' price for 12 months of service (3 months free)
• Lifetime (LTD) — one-time payment (roughly 22.5× the monthly price of your configuration), all current and future modules for that configuration, no recurring fees

Site Volume Discounts

Running the same configuration across more than one site gets progressively cheaper per site — the site-count multiplier is applied automatically in the configurator once you enter how many sites you need (1, 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, or 99+).

Which Modules Are Available?

All 41 modules are available à-la-carte. The Module System Overview lists every module with its description. Core infrastructure modules (PlatformKit, Notification, Menu, Docs, License, Launcher, Intelligence, Snapshot) are always included at no additional cost — they are the platform itself, not billable add-ons.

Changing Your Module Selection

1. Log into your account at storeconsole.com/my-account
2. Go to My Licenses → Manage Modules
3. Toggle modules on or off using the configurator
4. Review the updated price and confirm
5. Changes take effect immediately; billing adjusts at the next renewal

Downgrading

If you remove a module mid-cycle, you receive a pro-rated credit toward your next invoice. No refunds are issued mid-cycle for removed modules, but the credit carries forward.
